When we think of hospital food, it doesn't exactly trigger enthusiasm in most people. It is associated with unpleasant food in a dreary and sterile environment.
However, being healthy means eating healthy food that nourishes the body and gives it energy, vitality and well-being. The right diet and the way we enjoy our food give the body the opportunity to heal and regenerate quickly.
Alunt is a proposal for a change in the food culture in hospitals and canteens. Through tactile stimuli, vibrant colours and a focus on usability, it aims to break with the archetype that is commonly used to convey pleasure and enjoyment, especially in healthcare facilities and the workplace.
